Click on the Sign Up Here link located on the home page, or on the right hand corner of this page to register to become a member of MannaMarketingTools.

   
 
 
Be sure to fill out all the information accurately. In the first section you will chose your login and password for this website. Then, you will chose what information you want to make available to your clients - this is where you enter your name, email address and phone number you normally do business with.

The next section is where you enter your billing information. We use PayPal for credit card processing, so you can rest assured your CC information is safe. As a matter of fact, Walmart, Sears, Ebay and a host of other top online retailers place their trust in PayPal for their ecommerce transactions.

You don't have to sign up for a PayPal account, just type in your credit card information and we'll handle it all for you!
 
 
 
 
After you've signed up, you are now ready to Login and begin using the system! Go to the very top right corner of the Home Page and you will see:

"Already a member? Login"

Click Login.
 
 
 
   
Enter the Username and Password you created when you signed up, and you'll be taken to the member's area.

This is where it starts to get fun!

Below the login area, you will notice we post the latest updates to the site! This is where we will let you know what new videos, PDFs and documents we have on the site.
 
 
   
 
 
  Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email address of your contact. If you'd like to have a copy sent to yourself for your records, check the box entitled "Send a Copy to Self" (no need to learn a new email system to keep track of things. You can send a copy to yourself for your records and use the email system you're already comfortable with!).

Once you're a member, your name, email addresss and phone number will automatically appear as the "sender"..
 
  On the left side of the page, you will see categories of templates for your personal message. You can scroll between the categories by clicking on the different topics. If you want to get a closer look at a template, click on the template photo and it will enlarge. To choose a template, click the round button beneath the photo. Below the templates, there is a message box where you will write a personal message, or start with one of the pre-written messages, and tweak it to make it your own! Keep in mind, your name and the recipients name will automatically appear so you won’t need to personally address or sign your name in the message.
 
  Next, take your pick of 350 a videos, audios, or PDFs to attach to your template and personal message. This section works the same as step 2 - preview any video or PDF by clicking on the photo. Depending on how fast your Internet connection is, it may take a 1-20 seconds to begin. You will be able to use a scroll bar on the side of the PDF's to read the document, and can even print documents or save them from this location. By having tons of compliant information grouped in one location, this is also a great tool to educate yourself and your downline!

During this step, if you would like to send a professionally branded personal note on a template without including a PDF, document or video, you can opt out of including attachments by clicking on the opt out button in the top area of Step 3. This is a great idea if you want to send out meeting or phone call announcements, thank you notes or congratulations messages to your downline!

Go to the very bottom of the page and click the "preview" button.
 
 
Here you will preview the entire package and see exactly what your receipent will see - the template you selected, the personal mesaage you typed, and the video, audio, PDF or document you attached.

At this point you can click on the video or document to double check what you are sending. You will also notice that as you view the attached video or PDF, that it will be framed with your name and phone number. If you find any mistakes at this point or want to attach a different video or PDF, you can use the back button (blue arrow) in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, or whatever you use..) toolbar to go back and make any changes. Once your message is correct, preview it again, and click the “SEND” button at the bottom of the page.

You have now sent your message. If you selected the “Send a copy to Self” button in Step 1, you will find a summary of this message in your email box.
